SUIFF R3 resistance band

Beginner

Use this resistant band as a reference for all exercises, in which you can perform 20 repetitions with the resistant band 2. Use it also as a reference band for exercises of large muscle groups, such as those involving the legs. Not recommended for global movements.

Intermediate

Use this elastic as a reference in exercises that involve a single articulation of small muscles (ex. biceps triceps) If you can do at least 15 repetitions with band number 2 and as a reference for exercises for the legs and exercises of more than one arm articulation (eg, chest press).

Advanced

Use this resistant band for exercises of arms involving a single articulation if you are able to complete series of 20 with the level 2. Reference band for exercises of chest, back and leg. Use it with caution in global exercises.
