How to adapt your training routine when you are on vacation? The gym is far away, you break with your day-to-day schedules and also come up with much more interesting plans ... Still, it is possible to go on vacation and stay in shape. Here are a couple of tips to keep you in shape this vacation that will help you maximize your training.

  1. Train between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. for at least 15'-20 ': At this time of day is when testosterone levels are highest and therefore the combination of training with a subsequent protein-rich snack will have more effect on building your muscles and keeping you in shape.
  2. Have a protein-rich snack right after training.
